WYNBROOKE COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Clubhouse Rental times: Two 6-Hour Sessions are Available:
Midday Session - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Evening Session - 6:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight

Midday renter and guests must exit the facility by 4:30 PM
Evening renter and guests must exit the facility by 1:00 AM.
Some free round tables (5 ft diameter), rectangular tables (6 ft long), and chairs are available for your use.
Renters must place their deposit or rental check in the Drop Box located near the clubhouse door.
Security Deposit’s will be returned upon exit and review of clubhouse. Please allow Fourteen days (14) for remittance. |

Wynbrooke Community Homeowner (Current on all Assessments)
$100.00 security deposit required to secure date and time of event.
$250.00 Rental (6 hours) Due at lease one week prior to rental date.
Renters requiring more than 6 hours may do so at $ 25.00 per additional hour

Rules and Regulations - The pool area will remain open for members during normal operating hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Sunday – Saturday. (Through the months of May – September)
- The pool area is NOT a part of the rental agreement. YOU MAY NOT USE THE POOL AREA.
- Person signing the contract must be present during the time of function.
- You must be at least 24 years of age to rent the clubhouse.
- Underage functions must be properly chaperoned at all times by someone at least 24 years of age.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the clubhouse.
- There shall not be damage to the clubhouse or furnishings and nothing shall be removed from the clubhouse.
- Any furniture, plants or accessories that are moved must be returned to their original position.
- Paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies must be brought to the clubhouse for use during rental agreement period by the renter.
- You may NOT tape, tack, or nail any decorations on the walls of the clubhouse.
- All food, decorations, trash etc. must be removed from the clubhouse and surrounding common grounds and placed in large trash bags and tied. All trash bags must be placed in trash containers located at the rear of the pool house facing the tennis courts.
- Refrigerator, oven and fireplace must be left cleaned if used.
- The Clubhouse must be cleaned and returned to original condition at the end of rental period.
- The Clubhouse must be vacated by 1:00 AM.
- Deductions up to $50 will be made for balloons left in the ceiling.
- There will be a $100.00 charge Deducted From the Security Deposit for damages to the Rental Furniture.
- There will be a $100.00 charge Deducted From the Security Deposit without a 7-day written cancellation notice.
- Deposits will be mailed to address on file within 14 days after event minus any deductions.
- Any Damage that might incur an additional fee will be deducted from the security deposit as determined by Board.
RENTAL FEES ARE DUE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE. ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE WITHIN 96 HOURS OF EVENT DATE.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY RULE/REGULATION MEANS YOU FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND MAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. |
